Budget hotels and Mid-range

Cheapest accomodations are Jugendherberge (youth hostels) and hostels. Hostels are similar to Jugendherberge, but for everyone, mostly backpackers stay here, usually also in one and two-bed rooms. You will also find bed and breakfast offers and boarding houses.

Luxury hotels

It is best to stay at a hotel in Berlin-Mitte when you're planning a short visit to Berlin, as most of the main sights are located there. The mid-range market is small in this area. The Hilton Berlin is situated near Gendarmenmarkt. The main tourist attractions are at walking distance from the hotel and can be reached fast and easily. Located directly at Potsdamer Platz you can find the Marriott Hotel. The five-star West Grand Berlin hotel provides rooms facing the boulevard Unter den Linden, and is located near the many legendary sites and cultural attractions in the area.
